30 Day Return Policy on Eligible products.   

Tiletac® reserves the right to accept or deny any return or exchange. 

An authorization number must be obtained prior to shipping back the return, please call 844.845.3822 or email info@tiletac.com

Email Subject should be written:  RMA# Request. 

You cannot get a refund for the following:

• For open blank material
• Personalized items
• Orders with approved art
• Non-defective special orders
• Close-outs, Clearance Items, and Custom Orders

You have to return online purchases through the mail so long as it is shipped to us from within the
The United States of America. To return your online purchase by mail:


• Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
• Include the packing slip and return label, indicate the reason for the return, and make sure
the RMA# is on the box.
• Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
